What is the return policy?All products and works are final sales. If anything arrives damaged/defective, send me a picture of the item(s) in the package box in less than 48 hours, and I will be glad to exchange it for you.

What are the shipping options?We will be using USPS mail to ship all of our packages out.

What would I do if I never received my order?After the delivery of each package, I will provide you with a tracking number to follow your order. In case you never receive it, please contact me as soon as possible.

What is the return policy?All our delivered orders are considered as final sale. If you get a damaged or defective piece, send us a picture of the item(s) with the package box within 48 hours of the receipt of the order, and we will replace it.
